To install a special ‘ventilated ceiling’ system in two large kitchens and two utensils wash areas at the Ministry of Defence’s barracks in Gloucestershire,

 

Solution Weatherite Building Services installed twin-shelled stainless steel extract cassette systems within the ceilings of two kitchens and two utensil wash areas at the Duke of Gloucester barracks. To aid ease of use for the kitchen staff, the system included a new special feature allowing its stainless steel modules, collection troughs and supply air cassettes to removed without the use of any special tools in order to be cleaned in the dishwasher.

The project was completed as part of Weatherite’s partnership deal with De Kobra, one of Europe’s leading kitchen ventilation systems.
