Weatherite Building - Benefit Cosmetics
ProjectWeatherite Building Services Ltd provided a new air conditioning system for the Benefit Cosmetics store in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
The installation, a first for this national chain of ladies beauty specialist suppliers, provided comfort cooling to deal with the heat output from waxing treatments within the shop.
Solution
The project included a comprehensive site survey plus the design, supply and installation of a Mitsubishi Mr Slim Power Inverter Heat Pump split system. Weatherite also carried out related electrical modifications and new wiring.
The Mitsubishi system combines high energy efficiency with complete versatility, allowing the user to choose from a variety of cooling options. In addition, the equipment is quick and easy to install, causing minimum disruption to staff and customers.
Weatherite overcame a number of challenges including the design of the electrical supply and location of the condensing unit to ensure heat was rejected without causing problems to the unit’s operation or the use of neighbouring properties. Benefit are very pleased with the system which has helped to create a cool, comfortable environment for clients and staff.
